To prepare this tea, heat your water to 160 degrees Fahrenheit and steep a tea bag for 3 minutes. Each tea bag can be used to brew an individual cup of tea, or you can use 2 or more tea bags to prepare a pot for guests to share! Offer this tea with milk and sugar or a dollop of honey so your guests can customize the flavor to their preference. These tea bags come individually wrapped in foil, providing easy service and enhanced sanitation in your busy establishment. Harney & Sons Japanese Sencha Tea
Ice
3 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
3 tbsp. sweetener (sugar or sugar substitute)
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup Half and Half
1/2 tsp. sea salt
To make in a medium mixing bowl, add sweetener and cream cheese, beat on high until smooth and creamy. Add the half and half, whipping cream, and salt to the bowl and mix until thick and frothy but slightly runny. Next, steep your tea and pour it into a serving glass with ice (add sweetener to your tea if you prefer it sweeter). Spoon the whipped cream mixture on top of the iced tea. Sprinkle sea salt on top if desired. Do not mix the foam into the tea; leave it on top.
