The video shows the unit swiveling on the brackets. Bromic customer care says that this is not a capability and if you want to redirect you must get up on a ladder and do it manually. It would be very helpful for Webrestaurant to note in the comments that the heater is sold separately and you must order the additional controls in order for it to function. Ordering and shipping the product was fast and easy. I will update this review after the installation since I’m waiting for the controls.

We use different versions of Bromic heaters inside our facility. But, these work wonderfully outdoors where looks matter a bit less. Nonetheless, these fit the part, and provide an astonishing amount of heat.

I have had 0 problems with this product. We installed it at our restaurant on the outdoor patio/bar area. It has allowed us to continue to use this area in fall/early winter months with 0 complaints from customers.

Wow, these heaters are awesome. They really pack a punch also. Great for outdoor patio use. Low on electric costs also. We really recommend this.
