Exactly as pictured, with recessed storage room for an extra roll of TP. Nothing fancy, but gets the job done! The one very minor complaint I have is that the mechanism itself with the spring inside - used to remove or add a roll - is made of plastic. It feels sturdy, but I bought it assuming that the entire product was metal, not just the body.
