Blodgett CTB-GCOOKTOP208/1 Details
If you need a compact piece of cooking equipment to handle a wide variety of tasks in your space-efficient business, look no further than the Blodgett CTB-G electric convection oven with a griddle top! Since this unit comes configured with a 30" griddle top and a CTB half size convection oven as a base, it offers you the best of two different types of equipment without exceeding the footprint of a half size oven.
The 3/4" thick fully-welded griddle top comes equipped with 6 independent elements, each rated at 2 kW. The dual griddle zones with individual controls allow you to easily cook different foods on each side of the griddle. Plus, with its own dedicated solid state manual controls you can use this griddle without turning on the rest of the unit. The 3 qt. front mounted pull out grease drawer catches all of the runoff from the top for quick and easy disposal.
When you need to bake or roast, the convection oven base of this unit provides a convenient and efficient way to cook. It features a stainless steel exterior construction and a porcelainized baking compartment liner for quick and easy cleaning and maintenance. With five chrome-plated racks and 9 rack positions, this oven offers plenty of capacity in a footprint that will fit in a very small kitchen. This oven can hold standard half-size sheet pans in a front to back position.
The oven has a solid state temperature control with a range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and solid mineral fiber insulation at the top, bottom, back, and sides to help keep the heat inside. A 1/4 hp blower motor and two speed fan ensure consistent air temperatures within the oven compartment. Finally, a left-hinged stainless steel door with a dual pane thermal glass window and a single chrome-plated handle makes it easy to access the interior of the unit.
This unit has a total output of 17.6 kW and it rests on casters so that you can move it for maintenance and cleaning. It requires a 208V, 1 phase electrical connection.
