Enhance the efficiency of your kitchen with this Pegasus range! This unit includes both a range and a standard oven for baking, warming, frying, and sauteing in one convenient location. It is easy to operate with 6-stage heating controls for maximum cooking flexibility. Its powerful range includes (6) 2 kW round plate elements with solid, easy-to-clean flat surfaces. This design also ensures fast, even heating.

The included standard oven features a stainless steel interior and fits 18" x 26" sheet pans. It comes with 1 oven rack with removable shelf supports. This oven allows you to adjust the temperature range from 150 to 572 degrees Fahrenheit using its heavy-duty thermostat. Its high-performance 5.3 kW element provides even heating throughout the interior.

This versatile unit boasts a durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel exterior. It includes both a high riser and an overshelf to store and easily access cooking tools. Thanks to its 6" casters, it can easily be rolled around for cleaning or relocation. This unit requires a 208V, 3-phase electrical connection for operation, but it is field convertible to a 1-phase unit.
