My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?
Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Contact our Special Orders team prior to placing your order, and we will let you know what will work best for the equipment you are planning to purchase.

This cheese melter delivers 30,000 BTU of power making it perfect for melting cheese, heating chips, and browning a variety of foods for an ideal crispy taste. Boasting a high power infrared burner with an infinite control manual gas valve, this cheese melter delivers precise heat control each time you use it.
This cheese melter boasts a welded construction with a stainless steel front, top, bottom, and sides for both an attractive appearance and quality performance. A 2" thick insulated bottom shelf increases energy efficiency and is capable of withstanding frequent use for added durability. In addition, the high riser and mounting hardware allow the unit to conform to your kitchen's design with minimal interference. This unit requires natural gas for operation.
