Full Electronic Control
An interior thermometer is included, allowing you to always monitor the temperature of your product. This 48" low profile undercounter freezer consistently maintains temperatures at 0 degrees Fahrenheit or below which can be monitored with a full electronic control. Each cabinet is insulated with 2” thick foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, and it has a 1/2 hp compressor that runs on eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant, which has an ozone depletion (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3 making it an environmentally responsible choice for your business.
Convenient Drawers
This unit includes four drawers that accommodate 6" deep food pans (sold separately). Each drawer is supported by telescoping slides with stainless steel roller bearing wheels for smooth operation and easy access. The drawers also feature a locking mechanism to prevent them from being inadvertently pulled out of the cabinet, keeping your kitchen and staff safe.
3" Casters
This freezer comes with 3" casters, making it easy to move the freezer for cleaning and maintenance. It also lowers the overall height of the unit, making it great for low counters and other areas with limited space. Two of these casters include brakes, steadying the unit for safe use.
