1/6 Size Pans
This prep unit comes with (18) 1/6 size, 4" deep food pans, which provide you with plenty of room to store your sandwich or salad ingredients. The food pan layout can also hold 1/9 size food pans with additional adapter bars (sold separately) for ultimate flexibility.
Ample Prep Space
The 72" long by 10" deep cutting board is the perfect place to assemble sandwiches, subs, wraps, and hoagies. Plus, there is 24" of countertop space to the right of the pans, ideal for storing countertop slicers, food processors, and vegetable prep equipment.
Eco-Friendly Refrigeration System
The 1/3 hp compressor circulates environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant, which has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business. A 115V electrical connection is required for operation.
Stay-Open Doors
Its door design includes a 120 degree stay-open feature and a self-closing design, perfect for when you have your hands full.
Six Shelves
Two epoxy-coated shelves in each section help you maximize space to keep items organized and easily accessible.
