Much like Summer L. in the other review, we had this unit for a week when the problems started. Same issue, coils frozen up. Service tech came out, spent all day working on the unit, was told sensors were in the wrong place and he would have to move them. Then was told by Beverage Air that they would need to be replaced. Beverage air then asked the tech to figure out which sensors they were, so the tech asked why as the manufacturer they wouldn't know what sensors were used, the Beverage Air tech said to him "what do you care, we are paying you aren't we?" On the return trip with new sensors that didn't have long enough leads, Beverage Air instructed the on site tech to splice some wire together to make it long enough (remember, this unit only ran for a Read More
