Freezer arrived but didn't work and it is still just sitting there after 2 weeks. Both manufacturer Beverage-Air and Webstaurant are avoiding dealing with it. The freezer has been sitting there without neither company fixing it nor replacing it despite email and email and phone call after phone call. Neither will give you any information. AGAIN, NEVER worked and we cannot get it fixed.
Be cautious with big purchases from these companies. So far the warranty (and the additional warranty we purchased) has been worthless.
