Designed for compatibility with select refrigerated prep tables, this cutting board is 1/2" thick to provide a sturdy cutting surface, and it features plenty of room to slice ingredients and stage production of your most popular foods. It replaces an original part.

This rectangular cutting board is made with brown paper-based Richlite resin composite, which makes this cutting board harder and more resistant to knife marks. This means it will take longer to show wear and tear from constant use, and it has better resistance to stains, warping, bending, chipping, and cracking. Mounting holes must be drilled in the field.
