Benton Lane Choice food release is a blend of pure vegetable oil and high grade lecithin. As with other products made from pure vegetable oil, it does not contain cholesterol. Lecithin, a refinement of soybean oil, adheres to pan surfaces when heated and forms a clear, smooth, protective coating which prevents food from sticking. Water is used as the carrier and flashes off immediately after hitting the pan, leaving a rich, thick coating of lecithin. This multi-purpose spray lessens prep work and cleanup hassle, while offering quality performance for a variety of cooking and baking applications!

The Benton Lane 16.5 oz. All Purpose Release Spray works great. I will be buying this instead of buying the usual Pam I buy at the store, and this comes out cheaper.

This spray did work, but you have to spray several layers of it for it to work properly. It smells really bad as well. I will not be purchasing this product again.

This spray is ok. I can take it or leave it. serves it's purpose, but i feel like it slightly discolors baking pans and could have better release.
Mostly water, doesn't work well at all. Food will stick, even on non-stick surfaces. Spend some cash on better quality, it's really worth it and you won't be left frustrated!

Great product, very inexpensive and does the job! I would definitely recommend this product, works just like the crisco version however more inexpensive. I would buy it again.
This stuff is great. We use it for our calzones and pizzas. No sticking and it's cheaper and lasts longer than store brands, and easy clean up.
