With a toggle switch that spins the head and one that heats the element, this unit's two switch configuration is incredibly simple to operate. The 21" stainless steel bowl holds a large amount of cotton candy as it's being made. The bowl and spinning head can be easily removed to make end of day cleaning a breeze.
