Baker's Lane 18" x 26" x 3" Red Heavy-Duty Polypropylene Dough Proofing Box

I bought 6 of these boxes. I intended to use them with my bakery carts that hold a 18 x 26 baking sheet. The dimensions of this box are actually 17 1/4 x 25 1/2. Webstraunt was very good about the refund. 1 star for the product, 5 stars for Webstraunt.

I got 8 of these boxes and they do not stack. Even the lid doesn't fit. They are a pain to work with. I thought I would save money but they are cheap for a reason and I regret my purchase.

I ordered 6 and 1 came broken on the corner. Followed the instructions for reporting broken products and got a replacement as fast as first ordered. Just used them this last weekend for farm to table pizza event, worked nicely durable enough for my use so far, I would order again.

Very sturdy and well made. Comfortably fits around 15 Neapolitan style pizza balls in one box for a controlled fermentation. Easy to stack and clean. Word of advice, though. Use a plastic dough spatula/scraper to handle the pies to avoid scratching the finish inside these boxes. Anything made of metal will surely ruin the smooth finish inside the box and shorten their longevity.

Proofing box was bigger than I expected when it arrived so I was very pleased with that as I can fit a good amount of pizza doughs in their to rest. I will probably have some trouble with my fridge but that’s okay because I would rather have a proofing box that fits more than a smaller one.

We used to use cookie sheets for dough proofing and recently made the transition to the boxes; I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. The boxes work perfectly and I will purchase more when there's a need.

Great box for proofing dough or storing in a cold box. Seems to be of good quality and exactly what I expected based on description.

These are ultimately great! Some of them don’t fit as easily together as others/may have arrived slightly warped, but all have been able to fit with another or with their cover after some work/strength

These trays stack nicely and seem to be pretty airtight when stacked. They are durable, but not indestructible, but are pretty much resistant to being dropped and banged around within reasonable limits. Easy to wash as well. Highly recommended!

I love the quality of these proofing boxes, and I love how they shipped them very professional very own task. Very good company to go through. I would highly recommend them.

I was not happy that these did not fit into a standard bun-pan rack.

These are not very durable. Ive never broken a dough tray in over 20 years. I ordered these a month ago and have several broken cracked ect.

These arrived on time, great quality, and the set with dolly was perfect! The smart wheels are always a bonus! Just keep in mind, the set with the wheels comes with 2 lids. Buy more if you think might need more.

If you work with pizza dough, do not buy this product. If you work with pizza dough, do not buy this product. It dries out the edges of the dough balls. I tested it for two months and it simply does not work for pizza dough production. I initially thought the lid/top was the problem, but both products are bad. We had to switch to a different brand. Don’t waste your money—this product will negatively affect your final dough quality.

box is very sturdy and will likely last a long time. I bought 2 with 2 matching lids. The lids do not fit properly. The lids fit just fine on the 3" deep version I bought so its not the lid's fault. Its as if the box is just ever so slightly smaller than the lid and thus the lid will not properly seat on to the box.

Great choice and so much durable that the other ones I had already.

Love the proofing boxes. I need to purchase 2 more in the very near future. These work so much better than the metal bowls we were using to proof our bread dough in. Dough raises faster and stays moist.

Just what I expected. These trays are great for proofing dough and they seal themselves.

I was very disappointed in that I wanted an 18 inch wide box on the interior, when in fact, the interior is only 15 1/2 inches wide. It is only 17 1/2 inches wide with the 7/8 inch wide lip around the top. Very frustrating as I bought these specifically for the width. Also, there is no way for the lid to secure to the top. I realize, the purpose of the box requires air space, but for clean storage, the lid does not secure at all no matter which direction is it placed. Otherwise, the plastic is nice a sturdy.

We use these for personal storage of canning supplies and they are excellent. Stackable, secure, and durable.

Great a size container for multiple uses. Construction is durable since it does not bend very much and the walls are very sturdy; I definitely would feel confident stacking these 20 high.

Durable useful money well spent. Easy to grasp container because of the lip-- all around the edge. Does not peel off or splinter like the old fiberglass trays used to do.
