Really liked this stuff for a while! We need spray with wheat starch in it to get our cakes to release and this stuff usually does the trick. Only reason for not 5 stars is that 1/6-8 cans doesn't work so you just have to throw it away which is a big money waster. They also had months where they were out so that wasn't great.
What can I say... This is and always has been my FAVORITE pan release/ non stick spray. I have trusted Bak-Klene spray since I started out in this industry over 20 years ago, and am SO happy that I am able to source it through webstaurant. Use on everything and is the #1 go to spray for cakes.

This is the ONLY non-stick spray I have used in the last 12 years. It contains no additives that can cause your food to taste differently. And, I rarely “grease and flour” my pans anymore because of this spray. Who doesn’t love that?
