Assembled incorrectly or with incorrect parts. Doesn't fit together as indicated in instructions. Do NOT buy one of these until you have confirmed this problem has been corrected. The issue is around step 3 where the three metal cage segments (that go around the glass tube) insert into the base...the holes do not line up between the upper deck and the lower section of the burner assembly. You'll need a long drill bit about 6" (drill length, not overall bit length) x 3/16" dia and steady hands to drill straight. Not what I signed up for.

I really like the look of this propane heater and the easy assembly. I use it on my back deck while sipping Scotch and smoking premium cigars. We've received many compliments on its look and ability to combat the chill in the air. My only regret (my fault) is i should have purchased a 55,000 model and a cover when I purchased this one.
