This Backyard Pro Butcher Series #22 stainless steel hub grinder plate is the perfect replacement for a lost or damaged component. 5/16" thick strands of ground meat are produced by the plate, while its hub design is easier to handle than a flat model. Designed to work with BSG22 meat grinders, the plate boasts a rugged stainless steel design that will stand tough against regular use and is extremely simple to clean. The 5/16" size is perfect for ultra-fine grinds such as bratwurst, bologna, jerky and luncheon meat. The ultra-fine grind can also be used to create elegant looking meats, perfect for display or creating works of meat art.
