This product worked great until it stopped charging. This was a replacement to the same model that did the same thing after about 6 months of use. Would not recommene

This scale works well but I don't think that it should be rated IP65 was running it under the faucet caused water to get under the screen. Webstuarant did replace for free though.

A great waterproof scale! We use it to weigh cans on our beer canning line. It is accurate in the range we needed and robust enough to stand up to the task. And the price is great too.
I have now purchased 4 of these units. 3 of them quit working. Webstaurant was good about replacing the units. The 4th one quit working just the other day no matter how long we charged the unit or if it was directly plugged into an outlet. Come to find out when the batteries go bad, the unit won't work regardless if it is plugged in or not. So I removed the batteries entirely from our remaining units and what do you know....they worked again while plugged in! Hope this helps for those of you wondering why these good quality scales quit working. I did find a replacement battery online, but decided not to purchase and stick with the direct plug in.
