We've had this toaster for over a year in our brunch restaurant and, to our surprise, it's still kicking. It's certainly not perfect, but if you take the time to dial in your settings correctly, it works pretty good from our account. Previously, we paid over $ for a conveyer toaster and it performed worse and gave our team more frustrations than this toaster. Our team loves how easy to use, lightweight, and easy to clean it is compared to our conveyer toaster. If you're a smaller restaurant on a budget and just need an NSF toaster to pass health inspection, this one will likely do the job just fine.
