Bought this for my refill store and it failed the Maryland Department of Agriculture Weights and Measures inspection and was deemed faulty. I've been waiting for a replacement since November and it was just delayed again til March (it's currently February and I've gotten a new delay date once/month since ordering). Take your business elsewhere.
