Avantco GDC-24F-HC 31" White Customizable Swing Glass Door Merchandiser Freezer with LED Lighting

We have been using the freezer for about a year and half now. We keep ice cream pints, cakes, prepackaged frozen yogurt, etc. Freezing function works fine, but also has some other issues. I do not know what causes it, but water drips from the top (is this defrosting function?) and it creates icicles in the back and ice at the bottom. We were manually defrosting every month but now we have a 6 quart bucket set at the top shelf to collect the dripping water. We have to empty it out every two weeks but that is better than manually defrosting every month. Also, the air being sucked after opening and closing is annoying. I probably won't buy this brand again.

The Avantco merchandiser freezer was a perfect fit for my new ice cream parlor. It is doing double duty for frozen cakes and hand-packed pints. Allows customers to see the product and produces impulse buys. Good investment.

large and clear freezer. Easy to install and clean. perfect for my gluten free products and easy access for customers. my only complain is that each time someone open the door, the condensation's water drops leak on door glass and freeze. I need to scratch with plastic card for cleaning it.
