Disappointing Experience with Pasta Cooker We recently purchased a pasta cooker that surprisingly failed within just three months. When we reached out to warranty support, we were told to expect a minimum wait time of 5-7 days for a technician to arrive. Unacceptable Timeframe As a busy restaurant, this timeframe is unacceptable. Our operations rely heavily on functional equipment, and delays significantly impact our service. Not Recommended Given the pasta cooker's premature failure and slow warranty support, we cannot recommend this equipment. A product failing within three months is unacceptable.

This cooker is extremely garbage,I bought 1year ago ,they came fixed 4time ,replaced one cooker one time,then every time we waited for 1month though insurance company approved to fix it!
