Waring WPC100 3.5 Gallon Electric Pasta Cooker - 240V, 3600W

We purchased two of these units in November 2025 for our restaurant that opened 12/26/26. Since then, we have had replacement units sent under warranty (thank goodness) Some replacements now are because the rocker switches fail. Rather than just send a new switch and a technician waring just sends a new one. Other returns are because the unit just stops functioning. If we could find a different unit thats single phase and holds at minimum 3.5 gallons of water - we would never use these again! The good thing - Webstaurant has been great about getting these switched out for us!

I would rate it a 0 if I could! I replaced it three times and ended up buying a different one. Very bad quality!

This thing is great at keeping water hot all day. The direct water feed is nice because we set it at a trickle and never have to worry about it all day, just refills slowly as it evaporates. Our first stopped working after 6 months; the replacement stopped working after 7 months. It has a TERRIBLE design! The heating element is permanently fixed right over the drain. Noodles fall under the element and get trapped. They are near impossible to get out unless you get a stick and try to shove them through the drain hole. So hard to keep clean.
