It takes forever to heat up water. And you don't get a full refund when you return the product. I need assistant on this, because this is ridiculous. It does not work well.

Absolutely love this countertop range! We have had it almost three years. The burners allow for four large pans to cook at the same time. Perfect for kitchens without gas hookups.

Do not buy this product. Does not boil water. My application was to use a 4 inch deep pan with only 3 inches of water to boil bagels. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO A BOIL. NOT EVEN BUBBLES ON THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN.
