This strip warmer uses a durable metal sheathed element to provide 1550 watts of heating power, hot enough to maintain peak serving temperatures but gentle enough to prevent drying or overcooking. This is the unit without the cord. We were able to get a cord from a hardware store. Keeps the dishes and food hot for service.

So far so good our old heat lamp Stopped working and this one is putting off plenty of heat and is working as to be expected.
Product works great, no problems with it at all. I bought in different lengths as well and all cam packged well . Not super HOT But does its job. Besides you cant let food sit under there forever! Run the dish to your table. Will order again!
This is a greats product. It keeps all of our food hot while waiting to be served. It works perfectly in our kitchen and with our set up.
This Avantco 24" strip warmer is perfect for our application. We didn't need much control to the temperature so we got this one with the toggle switch. It is hot and perfect for keeping our prepared order hot while waiting for the customer to pick up their order especially during the cold winter months and during our Christmas & New Years Rush.
