Simple Operation
This food processor is easy to control with simple on / off and pulse buttons. The pulse button allows you to quickly and easily process food to the desired consistency. The bowl comes with a clear chute lid that has a wide opening, which makes it easy to monitor processing progress and add ingredients, and a stem extender is included to allow for continuous food processing directly into the bowl.
Safe and Convenient
The lid includes a latch mechanism to ensure a tight seal, and the blades will automatically stop when the latch is disengaged to ensure safe use for the operator. Additionally, the blade will not spin until the lid is shut and the bowl is locked in place. Plus, the 2.5 qt. plastic bowl holds plenty of product and is easy to clean.
Excellent Versatility
This unit comes with a continuous feed attachment and discharge plate to further increase prep speed, as well as a 5/32" slicing disc, 5/64" grating / shredding disc, and "S" blade for added versatility. The included pusher has a removable inner pusher, which is great for processing smaller or slender product such as celery stalks. It's also perfect for small-batch pureeing, chopping, emulsifying, slicing, and grating.
Compact Storage
Its compact design makes it suitable for establishments with limited counterspace. It can also be quickly disassembled, making it easy to store away when not in use.
