in general, Ateco makes really high quality kitchen tools and these heart cutters are no exception. great for cookies or fondant (or biscuits or used as a food mold), they're nice and sturdy and hold their shape well and don't rust or lose their cutting ability. Really good product.

These heart cutters allow us to cutout sugar cookies and then cutout a smaller heart from fondant, and then attach it to the cookie. They are also wonderful for making butterfly wings and shamrocks.
