I haven't used them yet, but they feel sharp yet somewhat flimsy. I would be careful storing them so that they do not get dented, and as others mentioned, the plastic box that they come in will not hold up for long as a storage box. The tops of the cutters are turned under, and are comfortable to press down on while cutting, and the generous height makes them ideal for biscuits or even to use as a food mold. As with most stainless steel products, these cutters are made in China.
Great cookie cutter! The thicker part on top doesn't hurt your hand as you cut cookie dough, which is very much appreciated for "cookiers". Easy to clean and store.
Great sturdy cutter! I use mine to cut fondant but would be great for cookies, biscuits, dough, etc. The metal is nice and sturdy. My previous Ateco cutters have lasted for years!
This product is exactly what you expect - in a good way! It is a reliable cutter, and it is the perfect size for empanadas.
This cutter works great for cookies, but I actually use it more for cutting circles in fondant when making cake toppers for cakes. They are sturdy and well made.
The ring is made of excellent quality metal and isn't thin, which can lead to being misshaped over time. And the top has a nice rounded edge to keep hands from being cut on the metal. I'm sure it would be great for anyone using them for cookies or biscuits, but we were planning to use them to pat out burgers. They are a bit too tall (2" instead of 1") for us to use them as we need.
I use this for cutting out english muffin and for forming hamburger buns and on special occasions making texas sized buttermilk biscuits it works well

Great product. Economical priced and for our application of double crust pies, it is perfect. We love the Ateco brand so this addition is no different
The big concern with these cutters, however, is rust. They need to be dried well. However, if you put a bit of cornstarch in the bottom of the tin, these WILL NOT RUST! Guaranteed. Just wipe them off before using. Wash and dry normally, but don't stress about whether or not there's a still a drop of water on them. Highly recommended.
This is great for many applications. From decorating plats to cookies to biscuits. It's the cutter everyone should have in the drawer. So very awesome
I FINALLY found a perfect size cutter to make my homemade buns with!!!! PERFECT for a good sized burger or sandwich, OR a BIG HUGE biscuit! My family LOVED them the first time I made Pretzel buns with these and regular yeast buns! PERFECT SIZE, wash up well and have a good lip on the top so I'm not hurting my hands.
