I am mixed about this grinder. I recently inherited this coffee business and we have an exact one at one of the cafes. It works fine, most of the time. We do have to adjust the settings more than we really should. Nonetheless, I ordered another one for our other cafe and the small metal piece to lock in the grind setting was broken when we received it. Webstaurant was great in sending a replacement. We cut the cord of the old one and had it picked up by an electronics waste company. We received the second one and this one has something wrong with the motor. Now I am having to deal with the warranty to see what can be done. In the mean time, no grinder :(
