I've used these AST48R Prep Tables in many of my Custom Food Trailer. They are so far very reliable and work well in a mobile food unit. I have had only 1 issue out of the many I have installed. The issue was to on/off switch which needed to be replaced and was covered under the warranty.

1/got this unit 5 days later Health inspector came took down 1.5 pts because the meat was 46 for cooler that we set at 37. Can't keep proper temperature 2/small cutting board that won't allow us to plate . 3/ 1inch wheel that won't allow to sweep or mop properly because is to low 4/the top size is 30in but the inside is 16 inch won't fit any 1/3pan

This prep table keeps our hot dog toppings cold, and it has a very sturdy cutting board. It is very spacious and has lots of storage. It’s very easy to access everything and you can tell it’s well made.

We love this great buy, the sandwich table is perfect for our smoothie bar/sandwich shop. It is of the right size and come with wheelers so that we can conveniently move the fridge around for cleaning the floor. Easy to read digital reader for temperature control, easy to clean with efficient shelves in the bottom.

Great, easy-to-use product-- love the easy temp control and roomy interior. This has made sandwich prep in our coffee shop kitchen a breeze! Be aware, the clear plastic "1/6" pans that are included are actually smaller than typical 1/6 pans, so regular lids for 1/6 pans do not fit. We're working to find some that do, but other than that, a great buy!
After searching for weeks we bought this prep table refrigerator with the mega top with an extra row of pans. We love it! It is a great value and the shipping was extremely fast!
