This American Range liquid propane jet wok range allows you to quickly and easily prepare your most delicious stir fries, sauteed dishes, and noodles. A perfect addition to your buffet, Japanese steakhouse, or catering company, this wok range boasts a powerful 23-tip jet burner and delivers up to 160,000 BTUs of cooking power per hour. It also has a continuous pilot for instant ignition! This unit's heavy gauge steel ring wok attachment measures 13" in diameter to accommodate woks that are 15" or larger (sold separately), and it has a brass control valve with an aluminum handle for easy flame control.

Boasting a durable construction with a stainless steel front, sides, and frame, this unit is easy to clean and sure to provide long-lasting use in your establishment. It features a lower cabinet for convenient storage. Additionally, its adjustable bullet feet ensure leveling on uneven surfaces. For your convenience, it includes a regulator for gas connection and a full-width removable grease tray for easy cleaning. This unit requires a liquid propane connection for operation.

Can this induction range handle any pan capacity?

Most induction ranges do not have specified weight or pan capacities, but make sure to check the manual. The key to ensuring your range works properly and does not get damaged by too much weight is to use a pan with a bottom diameter that does not exceed the burner's diameter. Using a larger pan or pot, such as a stock pot, will lessen the effectiveness of the range and the quality of your food. Please note a warped or uneven bottom, a very dirty pan/pot bottom, or a chipped or cracked pot/pan might cause error codes.

My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?

Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation.
