We had an event this past weekend and served a garbanzo salad with olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice. The slotted spoon was perfect in draining the excess liquid and the black finish didn’t look like cheap plastic.
This spoon is great and stylish. It seems to be part of a set with some other spoons and utensils, which look classy and stylish.
The spoon is high quality. It is very heavy but has a pretty handle. I gave it 4 stars because the handle is slightly sharp on the edges.
