American Metalcraft PWK19 18" Double Wood Handle Pizza Knife

It can cut more than pizza. The length is long that the tip does touch surfaces off a extra large cutting board. I had to buy pipe insulator tube to cover the edge for storage. It doesn’t fit in my top drawers but I do keep it with my bakeware in the bottom cabinets.

Bought this to cut homemade caramel. Did a great job keeping my pieces all the same size.

Love this pizza cutter. Does a great job cutting a 12' pizza, nice clean rocking motion, for clean lines. The blade is fairly sharp, hope it stays that way.

Very sharp heavy duty pizza knife. Great for cutting round pizzas. The pans we used had a small lip so we could not use them.

This American Metalcraft Double Wood Handle Pizza Knife is ergonomically designed and cuts our pizzas quickly and efficiently. The rocking motion to cut the pizza is a great feature.

Won't hold a sharp edge and dulls very quickly. We replaced nearly immediately. Knife is heavy, but fairly comfortable, just super cheap metal. We ended up grinding the blade down and hanging it on the wall as decoration...LOOKS GREAT as a decoration...evena fair price as a decoration! I don't recommend this product for any high volume pizza operations.

American Metalcraft PPK17 18" Double POM Handle Pizza Knife is a great knife that we use often on our pizzas. The handle is where people want it to be and helps them apply pressure to get a clean cut.

I have nothing bad to say about this pizza rocker knife. It has gotten a lot of use and it still works like it is brand new. The price is low in my opinion for it's quality. I would highly recommend it.

Decent blade, we only use it for off site pizzas and sandwiches, it's pretty this and wouldn't last on our high volume pizza line, but at this price we found plenty of use for it.

Works great, had similar knifes when working at a pizza place and this works as good as the one there. I use mine for home use!!

Awesome pizza cutter. I was using the same old pizza cutter for years until i came across this one. It is very good quality and the price is far less than anywhere else i have seen. I would recommend this product.

The description says pizza knife but we use this to cut scones and brownies and a number of other items. It's a great large knife.

This pizza knife is serious business. We use it at our bakery to cut pies bars, which have a somewhat thick bottom crust. The knife cuts right through - clean cut, though it does take some muscle to use. The bars we cut are baked in half sheet pans - so this gives you an idea of the length of the knife.

This is the only pizza cutter we use in our pizza shop. It makes quick work of a 10” pizza. Well balanced, keeps it sharpness and very easy to use with the 2 handles.

worked well the few times i have used it. I typically use a pizza wheel but this works well with heavier thicker pizzas where the wheel is to short.

Another great pizza knife that slices through pies like butter. Between this and a rocker it is really just preference. This feels like more of a knife and because of the second wood handle it makes a great knife for cutting through logs of provolone and other cheeses

I kept this one for myself. It is very long and sharp. I like that it also has a wood rest, if that's what it's called, at the end of the blade to help with even pressure and avoid cuts.

We actually use these to cut all of our desserts that are baed on sheet trays (brownies, lemon bars, amores bar, etc) Makes pre WAY faster and straighter, cleaner cuts.

A fabulous pizza cutter that is perfect for my artisan pizzas. Does not peel away the fresh toppings like the rotary cutters do. Great size and amazing price. just make sure you have a cutting board big enough to use this huge cutter.

We use this knife on smaller pizzas- 10 inch rounds, generally. It works well. It has a sharp blade, and the extra handle is helpful.

Love the fact that it is light and less bulky than our previous pizza knife, however, with the blade not being round it kind of makes it difficult to maneuver.

This is the best way to cut a pizza! I wish they sold a knife holder to go with it, I worry about dulling it.

Purchased as a gift, so I haven't personally used, but knife appears well made and great quality. Length is great for those making larger pizzas but I have a similar length knife I have no complaints using for large or small.

This knife looks like a machete outfitted into a pizza knife. It would work very well for large pizzas but since we only make 14" pies, it didn't work for us. It's difficult to almost impossible to cut pizza with this if the pizza is in a smaller pan, plate or box.

This is a nice knife for evenly cutting fresh pizza. It has a nice strong handle and handle on end of blade for comfort and ease.
