Bake a delicious Chicago-style pizza in this American Metalcraft HC80182 straight sided deep dish pizza pan! Made from anodized aluminum, this pan will cook your topping-loaded pizza quickly and evenly. Hard coat anodized pans, like this one, undergo a special electro-chemical process that converts the surface of aluminum into aluminum oxide. Thanks to the hard coat finish and its dark coloring, this pan heats up quickly and gets hotter than typical pans to promote rapid baking. It's important to note that it's not non-stick and must be seasoned.
Not just for pizzas, this round pan can also be used to make cakes, or even sticky buns, making it a versatile addition to your bakery or pizzeria.
