The American Metalcraft 18907 is a thick gauge, quality made and simple round disc of aluminum useful for a variety of kitchen purposes. I use this and its other sized cousins as measuring guides to trace out parchment circles for cake pans, to measure out pie dough after its rolled out and also for re-useable cake boards instead of the traditional disposable cardboard cake board. They are a thick enough aluminum that they are rigid, they don't bend or flex like some flippy floppy thin piece of metal. They hold up well and are mostly all true to their size.

Great 20'' aluminum pizza pan separator. it covers my 18'' pizza pan really nice without falling inside pan. i also use it for my counter top.

A very basic pizza holder nothing special, just a plan pizza holder, it is very thin so if you need it for heavy use don't.

These lids are the perfect size for stacking my 14 inch deep and thin crust pans. They tend to stick together and they they are hard to get apart!
