American Metalcraft HC5114 Details

The American Metalcraft HC5114 14" hard coat anodized aluminum pizza pan is perfect for baking and serving your guests' favorite deep-dish pizzas. A reliable and durable choice for your pizza shop or restaurant, this 1 1/2" deep pan is made of 14 gauge, 1.5 mm aluminum for years of use!

This practical pan's straight-sided design is designed for everyday use in your pizzeria and doubles as a shallow cake pan. Ideal for maximizing storage space, these pans stack together when not in use.

Hard coat anodized pans, like this one, undergo a special electro-chemical process that converts the surface of aluminum into aluminum oxide. Thanks to the hard coat finish and its dark coloring, this pan heats up quickly and gets hotter than typical pans to promote rapid baking. It's important to note that it's not non-stick and must be seasoned.

    People Talk About:

pan pizza pans deep design less inch dish depth crackers

The design of this pan only allows for a pizza that is less than one inch deep; when stacking, the upper pan contacts the lower pizza causing issues during prep., proofing, storing, and cooking. Our previous purchase from this manufacturer was of pans with a pan depth of 2 inches, which worked very well. This pan design is not acceptable for a deep dish or traditional pizza Maybe if I were baking crackers ... it would be better.
