People Talk About:pans pizza feel weight worth difference cutting customers curiosity cost
Out of curiosity, I had to order one of these heavy weight aluminum pizza pans to see if they are worth the extra cost. Compared to the less expensive pans offered here, I really like the weight and feel of these pans. If a pizza pan can be luxurious, this one is! Whether or not it is worth investing in a lot of these pans depends on the vibe of your pizza place. Most customers won't be picking these things up to get much of a chance to feel the difference. But your employees might appreciate the added quality and not cutting corners.
