These are great. We use them because we can stack them ontop of eachother... I know that it might not seem like a big deal, but being a restaurant with limited kitchen space, we are really happy with these. The old ones look dated but loved, these new ones work the same way as the 'loved' ones. We're really happy that these pizza pans can be easily substituted for the 'OLD' ones and will relieve some of the stress of the needs that our restaurant has when we have large orders.
