Initially I was disappointed that Webstaurant required me to order *two* sets of these pans. But the pricing is reasonable and, with two sets of pans, I am able to make multi-layer tiered cakes more easily. Quality is good and my cakes all released easily from these pans (greased and with wax paper on the bottom).
