The perfect companion to your Alto-Shaam AR-7T rotisserie ovens, this Alto-Shaam AR-7HT single pane curved glass holding cabinet lets you hold your perfectly roasted chickens and other creations at just the right temperature! Its curved glass door provides excellent product visibility to entice customers while the electronic controls ensure easy operation. This includes a thermostat that ranges from 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and a temperature gauge monitor featuring an easy-to-read LED display.

Utilizing Halo Heat® technology, this holding cabinet keeps food hot and fresh for hours at a consistent, precise temperature. This unit includes four stainless steel wire shelves that hold up to 8 full-size sheet pans and 24 chicken boats at a time for efficient use. With a durable stainless-steel construction, this shelf is both highly functional and built to last in your establishment. It is also easy to move around thanks to its 5" heavy-duty casters, 2 that are rigid and 2 that swivel with a brake. For added functionality, this unit can be stacked to save space in a small footprint. A 208/240V electrical connection is required for operation.
