Bring ultimate cooking flexibility to your commercial kitchen with the Alto-Shaam VMC-H2 / VMC-H4 Vector H Series multi-cook stacked oven package! Featuring 2 ovens, this extremely versatile package helps maximize space-efficiency and overall production with its stacked design (stacking kit sold separately). Plus, you can control the time, temperature, and fan speed of each oven chamber. This allows you to gently roast a pan of vegetables while also browning the top of a casserole without fear of burning or undercooking one of the products. The top oven features 2 chambers, while the bottom oven features 4 chambers, each of which hold (1) 1/2 size sheet pan.
Thanks to the exclusive Structured Air Technology, each oven delivers high-velocity, focused heat for faster and more even cooking as opposed to traditional convection ovens. You won't have to constantly rotate pans, so you can put your culinary skills to better use in another area of the kitchen. With a ventless catalytic converter, you won't need to take up precious hood space, because the units can be operated from anywhere in your kitchen. Each oven features a double pane glass door, which helps to retain heat, while also providing visibility for you to quickly check on your products as you pass by.
An intuitive touchscreen control pad is built into each oven, meaning that you won't need experienced chefs to cook your signature products. Just pre-set a recipe, save it to the system, and with the touch of a button, you can consistently braise short ribs, bake a pan of potatoes, or melt the cheese in quesadillas. For easy recipe sharing, take advantage of each oven's included USB port. The top oven requires a 240V, 1 phase electrical connection, while the bottom oven requires a 240V, 3 phase electrical connection.
