It also includes top ceramic heaters to help prevent food from drying out. With independently controlled, adjustable heat zones, you can easily customize the temperature settings to suit your specific needs. This model has 2 heat zones, each with heat-on indicator lights and independent top and bottom thermostats that can be adjusted from a 1-10 range. It also features a black-colored panel and includes a work shelf and 10" deep cutting board on the operator's side for added convenience!

The versatile design of this display case allows it to accommodate a variety of pan sizes and configurations, making it perfect for showcasing a wide range of menu items in bakeries, delis, and cafeterias.
