Halo Heat Technology

Thanks to its innovative Halo Heat system, this cabinet keeps hot foods at safe, even temperatures while retaining as much moisture as possible. The system uses unique, electric thermal cable that's wrapped around three sides of the cabinet, providing a gentle, radiant heat source for your food, with no cold or hot spots, or air movement to dry out your food! As a result, the Halo Heat system preserves food quality longer, resulting in less waste!

Great Capacity

Each compartment features two chrome-plated side racks spaced on 2 15/16" centers. The unit holds a total of 8 full size, 2 1/2" deep food pans.

Easy to Use

This cabinet has a temperature range of 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit with a digital display on each compartment.

Dual Compartment Design

The cabinet features two compartments, each with controls for independent use. This allows you to keep a roast in one compartment and green beans in the other at the same time. Plus, each door is made with 22 gauge stainless steel and features an handle impregnated with antimicrobial additives for increased food safety.

Cool and Energy- Efficient

Kitchens get hot and stuffy with multiple cooking units in operation at the same time. This cabinet boasts a reduced ambient heat output, helping to keep the surrounding area cool and comfortable. Plus, it uses less energy that comparably sized holding cabinet.

Includes Casters

Insulated and non-insulated holding cabinets both offer the same function by holding food at safe temperatures for hours until ready to serve, but for best results it's important to make a purchase based on your desired application. Non-Insulated Holding Cabinets are intended for applications where the doors will be closed for the majority of the day, such as proofing bread or keeping back-up portions hot.     Very nice holding cabinet. Shipping was long because I wanted the hinges on the left. It still arrived a few days earlier than they originally told me it would ship. I dinged one star for the high uncharge for the hinge change Also for legs to replace the casters. I didn't bother with the legs since I can make my own for less than $50. I haven't used it to hold food yet. The overall build quality is top notch. I did run it to check everything out. I ran it up to 200 degrees and let it sit for 30 minutes. I then opened the door for 60 seconds and closed the door. It only took 90 seconds to get back to 200 degrees. Mind you this was in my shop which is only 55 degrees too.
