This AllPoints 46-1182 equivalent thermostat kit replaces the one that came with your unit and allows your fryer to continue heating and cooling as it should. With the ability to measure from 200-400 degrees Fahrenheit, this thermostat has a 3/8" x 3 1/2" bulb, 36" capillary, and a 1/4" stuff box.
