The glassware like others have said have tiny bubbles in the glass bowl. I've ordered these several time and you don't get the same weight of glass or thickness. Some are light and thin and others are heavy with a safety rim. Visually they look the same but when you pick them up you can feel the difference. If I could afford to get all new glassware I would but I'm stuck with these. I'm still learning the old adage "you get what you pay for".

Every single cup has small bubbles all over, scattered in different spots on the surface. It looks cheap and affects the overall quality. Very disappointing

Glass comes with defects. Bubbles mainly. Many came broken in the boxes. Bad packaging. And the glass is very thin and breaks easily. Even one broke on the customer's hand.

This is a very well made glass. The stem is sturdy and holds up to commercial use. The wide bottom and curved top are elegant and perfect for red or white wines. We get a ton of compliments on our wine glasses as they are substantial looking and when holding. I highly recommend this glassware for an elevated look.
