I use this for cheese and smoked meats. The black color contrasts nicely with the cheese and meats. The tray is a good size, 12" by 12" allows you to put a fair amount of stuff on it. Make sure you don't throw out the chalk by accident when unpacking. I almost did. Overall good product.
