Great cups for the price! I calculated how many disposable coffee cups ours company was using and we were shocked to say the least. We switched to these lovely, heavy duty coffee mugs and haven't looked back. They give a nostalgic feel as I reminisce of diner breakfasts with my grandfather, while helping my company create less waste for our future. I will purchase more in the future as our office expands, thank you Webstaurant for providing a quality and accessible product.

When I used the first mug out of my dozen i got. On using the first mug, I noticed cracks from inside and the outside of the mug. So I thought, it might have been from shipping. The next mug seemed in good state, but as soon as it's filled with hot liquid few times, the cracks seem to appear. So either the glazing is poor or "Stoneware" cannot stand heat. Conclusion : Bad product !!

When we first received the mugs, 3 were broken. Webstaurantstore replaced them two times. The three would arrive broken. but, the truth of the matter is, even though the mugs a substantial mug, they break easily. Handles break off and chip with the slightest bump.

Edge has smooth surface with great mouthfeel. We have some similar smaller mugs but these are my new favorite. Great for beverages and large enough for soup. Shipping was lightening fast.

These were the worst cups ever. I have had these for a couple of months and all of the handles snapped off. They don't hold up well in the restaurant industry very disappointed.

I purchased these in 2016 and I still love these cups. The quality is superb and they still look brand new. Out of the case I bought only 1 cup has a chip on the bottom edge and that was my fault as I dropped it on my enameled steel sink. That’s amazing as I am not the easiest on dishes. I have enjoyed these cups for years and I’ve used this supplier several times and haven’t had any issues with products or service. So go ahead an buy these mugs as you won’t be disappointed!

We love this coffe mugs, a little too big than expected but good quality. We serve coffe, tea, hot chocolate and champurrado. We would recommend this mugs to any business that serves hot beverages.

This coffee mug is beautiful , is thick but not heavy , perfect to keep the coffee hot for longer time than the other ones and looks great .

Mine arrived with 4 dead (see pic). The survivors are light and will not survive bumping. These are not the heavy, diner-type of mugs I was lead to believe they are. CS promptly and without question refunded me for the loss and tried to help me find a replacement. Will try again.

A great style mug from Acopa that is well made and works great for coffee or hot cocoa. The 12 ounce size is excellent and the mug reminds me of the diner ones.

mugs are cranking so easily. first week we used maybe 5-6 of them dented or cracked even did not hit anywhere. also we do not wash them in dish washer. although they look really nice, thick and feels good when you hold it

I love these ivory mugs ! 12 oz to hold a bigger cup Of coffee or tea and super sturdy. They are thick so you don’t feel the heat. Easy to clean dishwasher safe !

A nice 12 ounce coffee mug that is similar in design to that off a diner mug. The mugs are great for coffee and are really nice to hold. A great design and price.
