Wow, this thing is incredible. Hefty and huge. I am using it mainly to chop BBQ pork. Almost overkill for this task, but that makes it even more perfect for the job.

Great cleaver. Very heavy and sturdy construction on the handle. Makes quick work of even the heaviest bones without chipping. Must have for bone broth.

I am very pleased that I bought this 9"-Meat Cleaver. It is perfect for chopping bones with one drop!!! Compared to the 11 1/2" Asian Bone Cleaver, this is the real one. I have looked around for one for a long time. I bought a few others, and this is, by far, the best! Thank you so much for selling it!

We've used this cleaver very heavily and have been very happy with it. We use it to hand-butcher whole pigs, goats and lambs. It has a very comfortable handle and has chopped through many bones without showing any wear.
