9" Stainless Steel Meat Cleaver

This cleaver has nice even weight to it. I use it daily to prep food for my dogs and cuts through chicken without any issues.

This meat cleaver works well and was a great value from Webstaurant. It is a little on the heavy side for me (I am a small female), but it works well for some of our other staff.

my cook loves this knife. the best thing i could have ever gotten . goes right through the chicken and isnt that heave to hold for long periods of time

This cleaver is massive. Not just long and wide, but thick. Essential, it's a short handle ax, and will be a pain for me to sharpen.

I really love that this can be hung up when not in use. The blade is well made and amazingly durable for the price. This is an excellent quality meat cleaver and would be great in any kitchen.

This is a suberb instrument. It hacks and slashes like nobodies business. It's great for any sort of tough meat or bones as well, get two!

I cut A LOT of meat and this cleaver is great. It is wider/bigger than i initally thought but thats not a problem. It defiantly has weight behind it and it cut a 1 pound turkey neck in half no problem. the only thing i didn't like was that it didn't come with a blade cover.

well if you are looking at a big knife that will cut through almost anything? this is awesome for cutting chickens in half to roast.

Massive meat cleaver. Very heavy duty and so far is sharp but have not had it very long. Just make sure this is what you want, a massive heavy meat cleaver.

Wow, this thing is incredible. Hefty and huge. I am using it mainly to chop BBQ pork. Almost overkill for this task, but that makes it even more perfect for the job.

Fantastic cleaver at a fantastic price! Nice sturdy comfortable handle with a pretty heavy cutting blade. We use it for chopping chicken and vegetables mostly.

I am very pleased that I bought this 9"-Meat Cleaver. It is perfect for chopping bones with one drop!!! Compared to the 11 1/2" Asian Bone Cleaver, this is the real one. This is the mother of all cleavers, it's more like an AX, it made quick work of beef and chicken bones. It's really heavy and not for dainty wrists, I need a few more of these but smaller that everyone at the house can handle, I'm going to keep this one for special occasions, can't find a better cleaver for the money either.

We make stock fresh very often and having a cleaver to break bones is essential! This 9 inch stainless steel meat cleaver is not only sharp but the handle is really comfortable!!!

this two pound stainless steel meat cleaver is awesome. the weight is right on and the grip is perfect. its a must have for any kitchen.

Wow. I knew it was going to be a massive and sturdy cleaver but still had a shock when I saw it. It heavy and makes easy work of bones and all but my only dislike is that it doesn't have a full tang which is why I give it 4 stars. However, at that price, it's a no brainer.

This large stainless steel meat cleaver is great for cutting up poultry and cattle. My staff uses it every morning to prep for lunch and dinner.

this is a great blade for breaking down many meats, I use it for chicken in particular, definitely worth the money to get it today!

We've used this cleaver very heavily and have been very happy with it. We use it to hand-butcher whole pigs, goats and lambs. It has a very comfortable handle and has chopped through many bones without showing any wear.
