Easily prep pizza in your establishment using this 80" granite top 3 door refrigerated pizza prep table! This unit features a stainless steel interior and exterior to withstand frequent use in your busy commercial kitchen. The 80" granite top provides ample space to create pizzas and features a backsplash and side splashes to maintain a clean workspace. For easy access to product, the refrigerated storage underneath boasts a 20.5 cu. ft. capacity. Plus, with an electronic display and easy temperature and defrosting controls, this unit is easy to operate and monitor.
Beneath the counter is three stainless steel doors that provide access to the polyurethane insulated interior cabinet. The CFC-free, eco-friendly R134a refrigerant keeps product at temperatures between 28.4 and 46.4 degrees Fahrenheit, while the interior cooling fan works to keep ingredients cold and fresh. The interior also includes a light so employees can easily find product. This unit is complete with 6 adjustable legs to create a comfortable working height, and a bottom with rounded corners for safe use. It requires a 110V electrical connection for operation.
