Protect your employees on the job with this 3M SecureFit H-801SFR-UV white 4-point ratchet suspension full brim hard hat with UVicator. Made of durable, high density polyethylene, this hard hat is made for use in a busy, industrial setting. Inside the hard shell of the hard hat is an attached 4-point ratchet suspension to fit onto a worker's head. The ratchet system has three levels of adjustment and allows workers to easily and instantly change the tightness of the suspension by turning a knob in the back.

The simple yet effective design will keep the hard hat secure during any task so your employees will always remain safe. An optional 6-point suspension strap (sold separately) can be added for extra comfort and a better fit. Plus, its built-in UVicator sun-smart sensor indicates when your hard hat needs replacing due to UV exposure by changing from red to white. The full brim of this hat offers added protection from the sun, rain, snow, and other elements, making it ideal for outdoor work. The slots allow for safety accessories such as face shields (sold separately) to be easily attached.

With Pressure Diffusion Technology, this hat is designed to self-adjust as the ratchet is tightened for a secure and personalized fit while reducing the pressure on the forehead up to 30%. Also helping to increase security and reduce pressure, the ratchet suspension is smooth and easy turning and sits low on the head. This lightweight yet tough hard hat meets ANSI ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 Type I, Class G and E standards. It is a necessity in any dangerous environment where falling debris or sudden impact is inevitable.
